Which Journal?

We were asked to identify which Journal we would like to publish our paper in. To be honest I have no inclination to publish but as the style of the Journal set how I will need to present my final paper we were advised to pick one anyway.

At present there are a couple of option:

• The Training Journal
• Innovations in Education and Training International (IETI)

We use The Training Journal in work and I feel that my project would be relevant to that particular one. Here is a file I downloaded to guide Authors:

 

There is a lot of good information on the Innovations in Education and Training International (IETI) website for pre and post publishing.
