I joined UCD Mountaineer Club tonight and met them at the wall. They are a great bunch and they were looking forward to going to the Mournes, unfortunately I am not able to go with them.

I did several climbs from 4-5’s. It was good getting to do a bit of climbing with new people and getting more experience with belaying aswell. There was a good mix of experience from beginners to very experenced. I was asked to do a couple of climbs so they could see me climbing, then I belayed someone and was let loose on the group.

It was a good night.
