We were at the St Patrick’s Day parade in Wexford town today, 17 March 2012, and delighted to see Scouting Ireland’s Chief Scout in the parade with a local troop. The announcer said he was there to bestow a life time achievement award onto a local Scouter who has been Scouting for 80 year, sorry did catch the name. Well done to that scouter anyway.
