I did my SPA Training weekend 27-28 April 2013 with Tim Orr from Torr Mountain Training in Dalkey Quarry. It was a great weekend with lots of practical sessions and I learnt a lot. We did a session in Bulock Harbour on the Saturday that was great. The weather was good to us with just one shower and even sunshine on occasions.

I had a great weekend and would recommend it to anyone.
