The kids and I went out to Gravity again on the day of the referendum as they were off school. We did a bit of stamina work for Aoife as training for Scotland.

I tried all the orange routes and got all but the most difficult one, on the greens I did pretty well also but there are a few I need to work on. I even top a flags route, admittedly it was the easiest.
